The role of the Sr. Business Intelligence & Data Delivery Analyst is to support the assessment of data across all business units of Learning Care Group, to identify opportunities for improving the overall performance, and then monitoring their transformation. This role will work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from disparate sources, to draw high-value conclusions which will be key to our success.
This position is based out of our headquarters in Novi, MI.
Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days per week in office.
Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provide reporting and analytic support to the field and departments within Support Central.
Build and maintain enterprise reporting in Power BI.
Drive cross-functional alignment on financial, KPI and ROI reporting and analysis for internal business partners.
Initiate reporting process improvements and automation.
Manage and support all analytic software used to provide data insights to the organization.
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex datasets to identify potential issues and predict future results.
Analyze data to find solutions to outstanding customer questions.
Assist with ad hoc strategic and department projects as required.
Prepare deep dive analysis of business performance.
Maintain supporting databases, ensuring a high level of data integrity.
Work closely with internal departments to better understand the business and ensure alignment with company's financial and strategic goals.
Manage our internal help desk to ensure requests are being completed and internal customers are getting the information/analysis they requested.
Prepare reports for management that identify trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related discipline.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related analyst roles.
Expert knowledge of Excel, Power BI or other BI visualization tools.
Working knowledge of SQL, DAX Queries.
Candidate should be a team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
$95-102k base salary
This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
