Job Title: Field Service TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform instrument, PLC, and HMI configuration, start-ups, and electrical troubleshooting. This role involves laying out, installing, and assembling control devices and related components. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of control systems and the ability to use digital meters and configuration software.

Responsibilities

  • Perform instrument, PLC, and HMI configuration.

  • Conduct start-ups and electrical troubleshooting.

  • Lay out, install, and assemble control devices and related components.

Essential Skills

  • Associate of Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of related work experience.

  • Basic understanding of control systems.

  • Ability to use digital meters and configuration software.

  • Understanding of digital communications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with mechanical and electronic troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Siemens control systems.

Work Environment

Our company offers an amazing culture where everyone is extremely friendly. The shop floor is very clean and organized. When not on the road, the Field Service Technician will have a cubicle alongside other technicians. The position requires 25-30% travel, depending on demand (passport preferred).
