Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food for MedStar Montgomery Medical Center located in Olney, MD. A trusted community hospital with over 100 years of service and part of the renowned MedStar Health system. Known for its high-quality patient care and commitment to wellness.
We are looking for an experienced leader that will manage the day-to-day food & nutrition operations with a passion for innovation, process improvement, and team building.
Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. What You'll Do
have oversight of day-to-day operations of all food operations
deliver high quality food service
achieve company and client financial targets and goals
develop and maintain client and customer relationships
develop strategic plans
create a positive environment
ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
