Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding, grinding parts to clean up weld metal, and reading blueprints. The role also involves using calipers and micrometers to measure Auger Flyte, cleaning and organizing the workstation, and assisting in prepping bays with helpers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding tasks

  • Grind parts to clean up weld metal

  • Read and interpret blueprints

  • Use calipers and micrometers to measure Auger Flyte

  • Clean and organize workstation

  • Assist in prepping bays with helpers

Essential Skills

  • Mig welding experience

  • Ability to read blueprints and pass a blueprint test

  • Understand weld symbols

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Welding certificate from High School or Technical School

Work Environment

1st shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. Dress code includes jeans without holes, boots, and a T-shirt. Dress warmly in the winter as it can get cold with doors opening. Must have a weld helmet.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
