Michigan State Job Bank Production Scheduler - R8211 in Orion Township, Michigan
Review orders to plan and schedule production runs of injection molding tools in presses ranging from 200T-1500T to meet customer delivery expectations.
Communicate with Program Managers regarding orders and lead times.
Communicate and coordinate with Plant Floor leadership to ensure scheduling is efficient and on time
Proactively communicate with Injection Mold Tool Shop Leader to coordinate changeovers of Injection Mold inserts for scheduling into production
Proactively communicate with Injection Mold Tooling Engineer to coordinate new tool trials into the production schedule
Proactively communicate with Assembly Manager to ensure Injection Molding Production Schedule meets assembly requirements
Monitor inventory levels to ensure existing inventory is consumed
Actively maintain all Master Production Scheduling files. These are excel based and manually posted on plant floor.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience

2-5 years of relevant work experience with scheduling of injection molding presses & tools
2-5 years MRP/ERP system experience
2-5 years of experience in a plastic injection molding environment
