We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.Job SummaryAt Safari Circuits, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: ResponsibilitiesDistributing invoices to be sent to customers promptly. Compiling and sending a list to shipping and other departments with what is expected to ship each day. Keeping in touch with customers as needed regarding open orders, quality issues, component or shipment updates. Updating account managers with information regarding current orders, engineering issues, component issues, or quality issues. Monitoring CSR mailbox for any new or updated purchase orders. Confirming all PO information and entering orders into fourth shift to generate C#, distributing to relevant departments. Entering and maintaining open customer orders based on requests and internal planning. Confirming orders back to customersCollecting pick lists and other paperwork from shipping. Approving all shipments in Fourth Shift to generate invoices overnight. Creating RMA numbers based on customer or quality request. Managing parts movement in the system, entering replacement orders, and issuing credits when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Fourth Shift, Microsoft Office Suite). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
