ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Overland Park, Kansas
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Overland Park, KS
Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience
What's the Job?
Setting up and operating machines: Setting up and adjusting machines according to blueprints, and operating machines to shape, form, and cut metal
Feeding material into machines: Inserting material into machines manually or with material handling equipment
Monitoring machines: Monitoring the machine's status to ensure it's functioning properly
Adjusting machine settings: Adjusting machine settings for speed, cycle times, temperature, and feed rates
Removing finished products: Removing finished products and documenting output
Inspecting finished products: Measuring, testing, and inspecting finished products according to blueprints
Maintaining machines: Diagnosing faults, performing operational maintenance, and repairing mechanical parts
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and performing corrective action or minor repairs
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Prior experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure products are produced to the highest quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required to keep up with production demands
Willingness to learn and grow: A willingness to learn and grow within the organization is required
