Provide basic care to patients and residents in a skilled nursing facility. Feed patient who are unable to feed themselves. Observe patients conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output, vital signs and report changes to physician and/or nursing staff. Supply and empty bed pans, apply dressings and supervise exercise routines. Assist in walking, exercising, and moving inand outof bed. Bathe, groom, shave, dress, and/or drape
patient. Change bed linens daily and clean patient's rooms . Answer patients calls and assist during trips to the doctor or dentist and also in recreational activities.
