Job Title: 1:1 School LVN
Location: Palm Springs, CA
Start Date: ASAP upon compliance
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care for a medically fragile student. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to a medically fragile student.
Monitor and assess the student's health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with school staff, healthcare providers, and the student's family to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Requirements:
Valid CA LVN license.
Minimum of 6 months of experience working with pediatrics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
