Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the electronics industry, based in Northern, New Jersey. This role is primarily focused on the functions of a Financial Analyst, with an emphasis on royalty analysis and auditing. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong communication skills and proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Review and audit artist contracts and payment history to ensure accuracy, aligning with auditing and data analysis skills

• Assist management through monthly/quarterly end processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department

• Participate in special projects as needed, showcasing flexibility and adaptability

• Conduct regulatory audits in accordance with industry standards and regulations, upholding the integrity and reputation of the organization

• Monitor and manage customer credit accounts, taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring data integrity and privacy

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills

• Liaise with various department to resolve customer credit inquiries, fostering interdepartmental collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Requirements • Applicant should hold a minimum of one year of experience in the role of a Financial Analyst or a similar role in the Electronics industry.

• Proficiency in Analysis and Data Analysis is expected.

• The role requires the capacity to conduct and perform regulatory audits.

• The applicant should have a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• The applicant should be detail-oriented and be able to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is expected.

• The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines is required.

• It is desirable for the applicant to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• The applicant should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is required.
