How you will contribute

You will:

  • Ensure Compliance to internal quality policy requirements related to Allergen, Sanitation & Pest Control.

  • Risk assessment , Elimination and mitigation of risk related to Hygienic design of the plant and facilities.

  • Oversee sanitation and cleaning programs in the plant.

  • Inventory of sanitation and consumables supplies

  • Lead CIP , COP optimization projects.

  • Support internal and external audits and CAPA.

  • Develop SOP , Conduct training and education to employees for food safety & sanitation.

  • Oversees and manages the sanitation crew to ensure compliance to all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and timely startup of the plant each production week.

  • Planning and execution of periodic and routine cleaning of plant equipment, utility area and facilities.

  • Actively participate and provides technical inputs related to hygienic design and sanitation requirements for the projects.

What you will bring

  • Degree in food science or Chemical engineering

  • Food Safety certification like HACCP, FSSC 22000

  • Problem solving and analytical skills

  • Knowledge of hygienic design requirements

  • Sound understanding and knowledge of C.I.P. & C.O.P. cleaning methods.
