How you will contribute
You will:
Ensure Compliance to internal quality policy requirements related to Allergen, Sanitation & Pest Control.
Risk assessment , Elimination and mitigation of risk related to Hygienic design of the plant and facilities.
Oversee sanitation and cleaning programs in the plant.
Inventory of sanitation and consumables supplies
Lead CIP , COP optimization projects.
Support internal and external audits and CAPA.
Develop SOP , Conduct training and education to employees for food safety & sanitation.
Oversees and manages the sanitation crew to ensure compliance to all Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and timely startup of the plant each production week.
Planning and execution of periodic and routine cleaning of plant equipment, utility area and facilities.
Actively participate and provides technical inputs related to hygienic design and sanitation requirements for the projects.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Degree in food science or Chemical engineering
Food Safety certification like HACCP, FSSC 22000
Problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of hygienic design requirements
Sound understanding and knowledge of C.I.P. & C.O.P. cleaning methods.
