Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5:30 PM | $18 per hour

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or data entry experience
  • The ability to report in person
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Flexible to work extended hours to meet deadlines

The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate should be self-motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and typing/computer skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail is appreciated. Daily job duties include entering orders, organizing customer records, performing filing and clerical duties, answering emails/phones, and professionally handling customer inquiries/complaints.
