Description
Our client in Pauma Valley is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in accounting or finance, as no prior experience is required! The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have excellent attention to detail, and love working with numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with generating and sending invoices to clients.
Record and post customer payments into accounting systems.
Help reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and monitor open invoices.
Support the AR team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Respond to basic client inquiries regarding billing or account status.
Requirements
No prior accounts receivable or accounting experience is required – training will be provided.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn accounting software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
