Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Records Management Specialist in Pearland, Texas. The role involves detailed record-keeping, managing customer applications, and resolving any arising inquiries. The successful candidate will also be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary actions. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications as part of your daily duties
• Ensure customer credit records are maintained with absolute accuracy
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary
• Foster effective relationships with peers, vendors, and others in a diverse environment
• Interpret information, ideas, and instructions and communicate them clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing
• Proactively determine causes of unusual occurrences and apply standard principles and practices to determine and implement solutions
• Continually build on current job knowledge to enhance skills in records and records retention
• Exhibit safe practices and environmental consciousness in decisions
• Handle materials intended for distribution with care and precision Requirements • Proficiency in planning and executing HR-related tasks
• Thorough understanding of HR procedures and practices
• Experience in materials handling and storage
• Proven ability in reviewing HR records and documents for accuracy
• Supervising skills to manage and guide the HR records team
• Familiarity with various HR methods and principles
• Ability to resolve issues related to HR records management
• Experience in capturing and maintaining accurate HR records
• Proficiency in language interpretation for clear and effective communication
• Expertise in records management and circulation desk operations
• Physical capability to handle records up to a certain weight
• Knowledge of records retention policies and procedures
• Experience in QA management to ensure quality of HR records
