Position Overview

Xylem is hiring a Sr. Accounts Manager-Microeletronics Vertical!

As a Sr. Accounts Manager-Microelectronics Vertical, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our key client relationships. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving strategic growth, and fostering a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Support the regional business development teams and sales representative specific to the Microelectronic customer market.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic clients.

  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction while increasing wallet share.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Oversee the execution, analysis, and optimization of account plans to enhance overall client satisfaction and performance.

  • Provide strategic vertical insight and recommendations to enhance clients’ programs and drive their success.

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Guide and mentor sales, business developers and representatives to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members in alignment with their strengths and workload.

  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Goal Alignment and Performance Tracking

  • Monitor team performance against targets and provide coaching as needed to ensure goals are met.

  • Align team objectives with organizational goals and track performance to ensure success.

  • Prepare regular progress reports for key stakeholders and senior management.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and effectively adapt to new challenges.

  • Proactively identify obstacles and find innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and drive results that benefit both clients and Evoqua.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role in the water industry, preferably wastewater or water reuse space.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams toward success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field preferred

Salary range:

$93,900.00 - $169,000.00
