Oracle Fusion AI Product Management – Director / Senior Director in Pleasanton, California

Job Description

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Building Agent platforms, delivering AI agents in production, No/Low code Studio tools, Agent frameworks, Testing and evaluation methodologies, Responsible AI and Trust principles, LLM-based tools, stay current with the latest advancements in the field, and possess the vision to align external innovations with business needs. This PM leader will define major parts of Agentic studio tools, collaborate closely with engineering and design colleagues and applications' product managers to shape the vision, gather requirements, own and execute the platform's roadmap.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Product leadership

  • Define the roadmap for critical areas of the Fusion AI Agent platform at Oracle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and establishing industry leadership

  • Stay abreast and hands-on with emerging generative AI trends, tools, and technologies

Execution & Roadmap Delivery

  • Take ownership and agency of the product roadmap and delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality AI-driven solutions.

  • Roll up your sleeves and provide detailed technical requirements for the platform development team. These requirements should be driven by having a strong point of view on what an enterprise Agent AI platform should consist of, as well as an understanding of the business use cases for Agentic workflows.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and user feedback.

  • Establish metrics to measure the success and adoption of the AI platform.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Strong ability to partner with engineering, design, and pillar PMs to build a clear vision and execute on the roadmap, balancing the competing needs

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices to empower application teams in utilizing the AI platform effectively.

  • Be able to present to executive audiences, partners, customers and articulate platform vision and key benefits

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML platforms.

  • Experience building Generative AI / Agentic platforms and launching features and AI agents to production.

  • Deep understanding of the state-of-the-art in Agent frameworks, Multi-agent orchestration and LLM-based applications, including LLMs, fine-tuning techniques, prompt engineering, Testing and evaluation, Responsible AI and Trust principles, and AI integration into enterprise workflows.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI capabilities into real-world business applications.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working in agile development environments and driving cross-functional teams to success.

  • Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in deploying AI solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services and with cloud-based enterprise applications.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations related to AI deployment.

  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of AI trends.
