Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and performing preventive maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systems
You will work with various industrial machines, including mixing equipment, extruders, refrigeration units, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silos
Your duties will also involve replacing, rotating, inspecting, and changing parts of these machines, as well as connecting power, installing motors, and rewiring motors
Additionally, you will read blueprints and schematics, move machinery and equipment using hoists and dollies, and perform welding on steel and aluminum materials
Other responsibilities include running conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines and fabricating parts using a drill press and cutting tools
Responsibilities
Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systems
Work with mixing equipment, extruders, refrigeration units, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silos
Replace, rotate, inspect, and change parts of industrial machines
Connect power to machines, install motors, and rewire motors
Read blueprints and schematics
Move machinery and equipment using hoists and dollies
Perform welding on steel and aluminum materials
Run conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines
Fabricate parts using a drill press and cutting tools
Essential Skills
Experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on automated equipment
Experience with assembly and maintenance of conveyors
Experience building and maintaining industrial equipment
Experience rebuilding 3-phase motors
Ability to troubleshoot and replace motors, gears, and pumps on industrial machinery
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, including drives and changing out drives
Possession of personal hand tools (power tools will be provided)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
