Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various sizes of hoses that meet customer requirements. You will use multiple hand and power tools, a wire crimper, and a pressure tester to ensure there are no extra holes in the hose line. Additionally, you will input and look up data using a computer and WMS system for inventory purposes, conduct daily physical cycle counts of products, and occasionally use calipers for precise measurements. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
Assemble different sizes of hoses to meet customer specifications.
Utilize hand and power tools, wire crimper, and pressure tester.
Input and retrieve data using a computer and WMS system.
Perform daily physical cycle counts of products.
Use calipers for precise measurements to the nearest .001.
Lift up to 40 lbs.
Warehouse order picking and basic inventory checks when not assembling hoses.
Maintain a clean work environment, including sweeping the warehouse floor.
Operate a forklift to retrieve products from wire racks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to use a computer or RF scan gun.
Capability to read and write in English.
Ability to perform basic math skills.
Competence in reading a tape measure.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with assembly and general labor.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory checks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $22.30/hr.
