Payrate: $ 73

Preferred Onsite - Possible Remote

Portland, OR

Monday through Friday: 8am to 5 pm.

Job Description:

Support HMI ECU project management with administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring global team alignment and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist manager and team with administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate global teams and suppliers.

  • Track project timelines, risks, scope changes, and funding.

  • Facilitate meetings, documentation, and reports.

  • Improve project management processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • BA in a related field.

  • 3-5 years of technical project management experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Cplace.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to understand technical issues and work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience with DTNA or similar companies.

  • Adaptability and execution focus.
