The work week may be scheduled anytime between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 1:15pm on Saturdays. The typical work schedule is determined by our management team and can vary considerably throughout the year. Work may include, but not be limited to:•Communicating with and assisting our customers via the phone and in person •Collecting, confirming, analyzing, and summarizing information and data from various sources•Operating office machines not limited to copy machines, fax machines, computers, and telephone equipment•Preparing and maintaining files and reportsWhat does it take to be a Part Time Customer Service Representative? Required:•High school diploma or equivalency diploma •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license•Proficient computer skills; ability to type, use a computer, telephone and office equipment•Must enjoy interaction with the public and have sound judgment, excellent initiative and communication skills•Ability to work well with other people and interact with the public in a courteous and businesslike manner•Professional telephone etiquette and demeanor Preferred:•Prior customer service and/or call center experience •Bilingual in English and Spanish Applications will be accepted until March 21, 2025.
