The purpose of the role is to:* Serve as an expert within DMO with knowledge on in Material Master process and other specifics to the market such as: business, systems, language (if needed), etc.* Plays a key role in building & growing the DMO team in the responsible market as a market DMO Material Master champion* This role is accountable to closely collaborate with the GBS DMO team to support E2E MDM process* Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Material process to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, streamline processes, and optimize the Material Master process cycle* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the Material Master process, including Material information, Material details, etc.* Ensure that data management practices, processes, and controls are in place to facilitate smooth and accurate Material Management in the Material process.* Drive master data quality agenda through GBS execution and business engagement* Drive operational effectiveness through GBS capabilities* Increase master data culture through business and GBS training* Support GBS on specific issues related Material Master process.* Communicate with other DMO domain champions and business functions to drive the data management processes continuous improvement based on global/sector/local business needs* Support business projects from a DMO side (data analysis, data cleansing, data requirements identification, change management, etc.)* Work together with the other DMO sector teams to identify best practices and implement them to standardize and harmonize processes across the sectorResponsibilities* Support key business stakeholders in MTD/ Material Master data related activities in sustain operations (e.g., definition of local DQ rules, issue resolution and escalation, WF initiation, block/unblock processes, structural data changes in system)* Review ServiceNow tickets and assign to the proper channels for resolution. (WF tickets to be sent to Service Delivery Team, non-WF tickets to be resolved by Champions)​​ Guide Service Delivery team on resolution on complex WF issues/requests (e.g., critical incidences, issues that require business interaction, cross-domain issues)​* Analyze target compliance of DMO performance metrics (SLAs, OLAs, DQ, KPIs) for their specific capability and coordinate issue resolution​* Support Material Master Data Quality team on mitigation of DQ issues through business engagement​* Receive/review mass maintenance requests from the business, ensure completeness and DQ, enrich data as needed, validate no negative impact on downstream systems/transactions and send to CC DQ/Tech support team for execution* Support local projects with an impact on master data across their assigned capability and market (e.g., data extraction, data cleansing, data enrichment working jointly with business partners)​* Participate in global/sector projects / programs with an impact on master data across their assigned capability and market (e.g., MDM process design, coordinate UAT with CC, BRF and DQ rules requirements)​* Drive the automation initiatives on sector domain activities using the RPA solution by working closely with the Global Automation squads* Collaborate with CC KM/ESM/PEX team to ensure alignment with overall control objectives; support with external and internal audits​* Support execution of GCS/SOX controls activities in their assigned processes as defined in RCM Participate in external and internal audit reviews and risk assessment sessions to present and explain the master data management process​* Ensure that Service Delivery team is properly trained to execute daily DMO operation and coordinate the Service Delivery team members certifications processes​* Keep market DMO documentation up to date in close collaboration with the Service Delivery Teams.Compensation and Benefits* The expected compensation range for this position is between $77,500 - $132,100.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
