PepsiCo North America Beverages Tax Senior Manager in Purchase, New York

Job DescriptionOverviewThe role will support iterative design and management of new cross-functional processes to operationalize Pillar Two, a new global tax regime. Pillar Two requirements necessitate highly orchestrated coordination across Corporate Tax, Local Tax, and Local Control teams for data collection, transformation, and validation, as well as calculation and compliance. Sophisticated operating models will enable the end-to-end Pillar Two process. Responsibilities* Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pillar Two data requirements, OECD Model Rules, and Pep’s end-to-end process roadmap* Support iterative design and management of various operating models enabling the end-to-end Pillar Two process* Coordinate across broad stakeholder groups to understand user profiles and/or requirements to inform iterative design efforts* Support design and execution of Pillar Two related controls* Monitor risk in the operating models and escalate as appropriate* Identify tax transformation opportunities to unlock synergies between Pillar Two requirements and other financial reporting or regulatory requirementsCompensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
