Job Description for Bartenders at Pasquales Cafe -- Put-in-Bay 2025 Are you ready to shake things up this summer? Pasquales Cafe is hiring bartenders for the 2025 season in beautiful Put-in-Bay! We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, hard-working, and passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Craft delicious cocktails, pour beers, and serve up non-alcoholic beverages with a smile.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and foster a fun, friendly environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Follow all liquor laws and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person!
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work nights and weekends.
