U.S. Marine Corps HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in Quantico, Virginia

Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the BACHELOR HOUSING BRANCH (BHB)(BLDBH) of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO. Responsibilities You will ensure that supervisor’s guidelines are established and proper procedures are applied in processing of applicants for permanent quarters. You will monitor and manages the annual budget for the requisition of supplies and equipment for Unaccompanied Housing (UH). You will provide management assistance and guidance to personnel engaged in procurement and accountability for all UH Government property. You will initiate the preparation and the submission in MAXIMO system of work request for the required maintenance of the buildings and grounds. You will utilize Enterprise Military Housing (eMH) system ensure room assignments are entered in eMH, prioritize and maximize occupancy rates while maintaining unit integrity and adhering to current Bachelor housing regulations and directives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing information and counseling to personnel seeking housing referral services.
