Description Summary Assist in Administrative documentation and communications. Key Responsibilities: Answer Phone. Serve as company receptionist. Provide administrative support for transportation division and executive assistant. Responsible for purchasing and tracking of materials ordered. Receive items ordered. Maintain office supply inventory. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Data Entry, organizational skills, People skills. Physical Demands Sit, use keyboard, use fine manipulation with hands and fingers. Lift up to 10 pounds. Work Environment Clean, temperature controlled environment. Noise level is low. No personal protective equipment needed. The starting rate for this position is $19.07, incremental increases are earned through developing skills and qualifications. Ask the Human Resources Representative about potential bonuses.
