Job Title: Controls Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Engineer with expertise in Rockwell Automation equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, program, and maintain control systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions and troubleshoot complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and program control systems using Rockwell Automation products, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.

  • Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of Rockwell-based automation solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, including hardware and software components.

  • Collaborate with project teams to define system requirements and deliver customized solutions.

  • Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on Rockwell equipment.

  • Maintain documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and maintenance procedures.

  • Stay updated on the latest Rockwell Automation technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with Rockwell Automation products, including Allen-Bradley PLCs and FactoryTalk software.

  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, networking, and communication protocols.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $57.00/hr.
