Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Reading, PA, US
Pay Range: $30-32 per hour
Shift: Swing Shift (alternating between 1st & 2nd Shift every other week)
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on assigned equipment, ensuring maximum production efficiency and quality.
Perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Test equipment operation after repairs or installations and update necessary personnel on equipment status.
Conduct minor repairs on roofing systems, flooring, concrete, drywall, and painting.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance by inspecting, testing, and recording critical information.
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, including PLCs and motor controls.
What You Need:
Minimum of a High School Diploma; Vocational/military training or 3+ years of related industrial experience.
3+ years of electrical experience in high voltages.
Valid and current driver’s license.
Basic understanding of HVAC, boiler systems, compressed air systems, and basic pipe fitting.
Proficiency in the safe use of a wide variety of hand tools and power tools.
