BUNZL Sales Support Specialist (On-Site in Clearwater) in Remote, Florida
Description
Intergro, Inc., a division of Bunzl, provides agriculture mulch films, fertilizers, stakes, and related agricultural solutions to customers throughout North America and we are excited to add an ON-SITE Sales Support Specialist to our growing team. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for performing and coordinating the day-to-day activities required to maintain service excellence for established accounts while promoting high satisfaction relationships with Intergro’s sales team. More specifically, the role functions as a liaison between Sales and other departments in the company to address customer needs and is responsible for providing superior customer service through daily interactions with external and internal customers.
Responsibilities:
Provides Customer Service support of the Sales team through order tracking and by responding to customer/sales team questions
Assists with order entry and provides phone coverage support
Provides a variety of general account, clerical and sales support functions including, SAP customer contact clean up, return authorizations, and price file updates
Develops email marketing campaign strategies and materials, promotional flyers and product detail communications
Coordinates customer sample program, including responding to requests and arranging shipping
Manages credit applications, sales tax returns, MACM AR Data submissions, AR management via SideTrade, office supply orders, and month end reports for internal controls
Assists in ad-hoc customer reporting and reviews
Supports development of customer presentations and business reviews
Conducts online customer and market research to optimize lead generation and target lists
Develops and maintains customer hierarchy and contact lists
Coordinates trade show preparations and trade show supply management processes
Requirements:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred
Experience with customer service
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales support
Must be a go-getter; able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must possess outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; recommends solutions, resolves problems, maintains a positive approach
Willingness to travel for trade show events
Must be able to work on-site in Clearwater, FL office
