VCA Richland Animal Hospital is hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician or highly skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our dedicated and compassionate team.

The VCA Richland Animal Hospital is a full-service day practice providing preventive medicine and routine medical care, as well as diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. The hospital currently has one full-time veterinarian, a strong leadership team, and enthusiastic technical and support staff. Technical Skills VCA Richland Utilizes:

• Venipuncture

• Catheter placement

• Radiology (including Hands-Free positioning)

• Anesthesia monitoring and recovery

• Physical examination and patient assessment

• Surgical preparation and assisting

• Dentistry including digital dental radiography

• Laboratory work

• Pharmacy

• Ultrasound

• Class IV LASER therapy

• Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients

• Client communication and education

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed Veterinary Technician – CVT, LVT, RVT or recently graduated from an AVMA accredited Technician program

• Or equivalent experience

Pay range: start at $20/hr for licensed applicants
