True Grit Cafe Server/ Bartender in Ridgway, Colorado
POSITION: Server/ Bartender
DUTIES: * Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome patrons, present menus, and take food and beverage orders efficiently. * Serve Food and Drinks: Deliver orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet restaurant standards. * Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas, tables, and bar counters clean and organized throughout the shift. * Process Payments: Handle cash and electronic payments, providing accurate change and receipts. * Communicate with Kitchen/Bar: Relay special requests and feedback to the kitchen or bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
SKILLS REQUIRED: * Previous serving/ bartending experience * Must be at least 18 years old
PREFERRED SKILLS: * 1-2 years of line cook experience preferred, but will train right applicant.
WAGE: $11.79 per hour + tips
BENEFITS: *Free soup and salad *Half off on meals every day for employees. * Sick pay
SHIFT: Full-time and part-time opportunities - up to 40 hours per week *Schedule varies and will include nights and weekends. Closed on Wednesdays.
