Emerson Manager Strategic Sales Operations in RIJSWIJK, Netherlands

Your will work closely with the Sales Director on strategic business and market analysis, being the central point off all key initiatives and ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals. Your will provide leadership and lead all activities of the Inside Sales and Customer Care teams for Emerson in the Benelux. This encompasses the entire Quote to Cash & Order Management cycle ensuring we build and provide outstanding services. In addition to this the role is responsible for the teams supporting the Benelux business in our customer service centers in Szekesfehervar, Hungary, and other sites as the need arises.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Gather, analyze, and interpret data providing valuable insights (Market Trend, Customer behavior, Sales performance);
Supervise key initiatives' progress, and timelines to maintain synchronized and effective execution;
Increase customer satisfaction and dedication through outstanding quality in quotations, sales order execution, projects, and enhanced service delivery
Distribute workload and manage daily activities including order management, shipment monitoring, invoicing and documentation; Cooperate closely with operations, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and enhance the customer’s overall satisfaction
Ensure full operational compliance with legal and company requirements with regards to Trade Compliance, Due Diligence, and Ethical Business and follow the vital procedures
Responsible for developing and reporting Operational metrics, supervising team activities and performance against business targets to drive profitability and growth;
Lead, support, and action all customer order related issues, queries, or complaints in a timely manner;
Actively support the hiring process and the process of skills and talents development within the designated team using available Performance excellence process and tools;
Demonstrate the capabilities of European Centralized Offices to improve achievement, quality, and cost efficiency of the organization
Ensure PMO project execution methodology is applied to all relevant PMO projects; actively support and advise the implementation of globally aligned project processes, tools, and proficiencies, ensuring local applicability and adoption to improve performance that delivers efficiency and speed of execution
Handle and mentor staff, establishing a performance management culture that ensures individual/team objectives are aligned to business goals; Willingness to travel within Europe (e.g. Szekesfehervar, Hungary & Mönchengladbach, Germany) for meetings, training, projects and assignments at customer sites when needed

For This Role, You Will Need:
BSc degree or equivalent experience or comparable higher education
Proven experience of 5-7 years in Direct Sales and Sales Management, including people management
Verbal and written communication skills fluent in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
