Hub International Strategic Resource Assistant/Strategic Resource Manager in Riverside, California

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Strategic Resource Assistant/ Strategic Resource Manager (SRA/SRM) plays a vital role in the growth and development of our sales culture. The SRM reports to the Chief Sales Officer, Southern CA & Utah. The SRA/SRM also works closely with our corporate headquarters in Chicago to deliver ongoing initiatives to all locations of the HUB SCU region.

Deemed as the "HUB Product Liaison,” The SRA/SRM promotes the HUB International 's creative & administrative marketing solutions to help generate new business and client retention. The SRA/SRM is responsible for educating both Clients and Producers on the tools & resources that HUB has to offer, while finding innovative ways to showcase our unique capabilities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Enablement

  • Interface directly with Location Managers, Producers, Prospects, and Clients to present HUB value adds and benefits in sales meeting and new business pitch environments

  • Manages development of scrubbed lead lists, RFPs, capabilities presentations, benchmarking reports, and sell sheets

  • Ability to develop and execute vertically driven sales campaigns based on Producer’s needs

Technology Tools and Resources

  • Serves as the main point of contact for all Producer and Client facing tools & resources

  • Presents in-person and webinar hosted training sessions for individual Producers and office locations

  • Serves as the main point of contact for HUB intranet system assisting with navigation and posting regional content

  • Works directly with third party vendors and receives regular corporate training

  • Interfaces with the CSO to onboard new Producers and acquired locations to promote their joining HUB

Marketing

  • Interacts with corporate Marketing & Communications in the creation of and execution of advertisements, microsites, email blasts, and enhancement of Producer social media presence

  • Interfaces with the Business Development Team in the development and execution of Producer call campaigns

  • Manages, plans and executes all steps of HUB participation at SCU based tradeshows

Administration

  • Manages all tools & resources including activation of new accounts, reporting, data mining, troubleshooting, and tracking utilization

  • Serves as a general problem solver and navigator for employees looking for HUB resources

Salary : The expected salary range for this position is $56,000.00 to $70,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget as well as the specific position’s business line, complexity, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which includes health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, eligible bonuses and commissions for full-time positions (30 hours or more).

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred, commensurate experience

  • 1-2 years experience in the Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits Insurance industries preferred

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Working knowledge of a CRM system is a plus

  • "Marketing Solutions" mentality

  • Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and technical resources

  • Proven organizational skills (master of multi-tasking) with an inherent sense of urgency

  • Good rapport with Management and Producers – they are your customers

  • Previous sales experience a plus

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: High school or equivalent
