Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • The Media Center of Excellence is a part of Enterprise Marketing and is responsible for centralization and standardization of fundamental paid media marketing and governance/compliance efforts, as well as bringing tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, more efficient ways of working and collaboration.

  • This role ensures media agency management and effectiveness, best practices and merchandising work sharing, operations / compliance activities, consulting services management (e.g. media governance), and active monitoring and coordination of brand safety and suitability practices with 1P & 3P platforms.

  • This involves managing expectations, deliverables, integration, deadlines, and communicating with lines of business, agency media planners and buyers, and consultancy partners, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring that agency procedures are followed to maximize efficiencies in workflow and media spending and media governance/compliance.

  • Responsible for partnering with external vendors as well as analytics organizations internally to deploy measurement and attribution solutions to enable media budget optimization. Leads the enablement of effective integration of media strategic and tactics with other core business areas through partnerships with management across the business.

  • Building relationships with stakeholders and key members of various practice areas (media governance/transparency, ad verification including brand safety, operations/compliance, financials, merchandising work, sourcing, enterprise supplier management)

  • Identify and implement process development and improvement in areas such as media planning/investment, media best practice/campaign highlights sharing, operations, compliance, media governance and transparency

  • Direct relationship management of media agency partners for cross Line of Business servicing efforts.

  • Partner with Line of Business leads to populate Agency Business Plans

  • Support Agency Performance goals and monitoring

  • Supporting Agency best practice sharing, POVs, QBRs, playbooks

  • Support annual agency scoping and staffing conversations

  • Oversee & manage financial deliverables such as:

  • Cross line of business spend tracking and reporting

  • Delivery of media savings targets and efficiency efforts

  • Coordinate billing and payment activities with Accounts Payable to resolve any delinquent remittances ensuring all teams are adhering to payment terms

  • Tracking of joint business partnership spends and credits

  • Ensure compliant delivery of media related activities inclusive of:

  • Fair Banking reviews of campaign targets and tactical practices

  • CMS routines and controls

  • 3rd and 4th party vendor management and governance

  • Supporting engagement & contracting process for new vendors

  • Support rollout, process and consistent operation of core systems and tools

  • Oversee firm-wide ad verification brand safety & suitability best practices and monitoring efforts

  • Work with Programmatic and Social specialists to ensure partnerships and monitoring solutions are working effectively

  • Support POVs, playbooks, media merchandising/best practices and knowledge sharing across Enterprise.

  • Excited by the idea of diving deep into data, including new technologies where benchmarks are just beginning to emerge

  • The ability to work in the grey, innovate where new processes have yet to be established but is resourceful and can collaborate to build something new

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Marketing, or related.

  • 4+ years Marketing, Advertising, Measurement & Attribution or related experience

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
