Description of role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? Do you have leadership experience in a healthcare setting? We are looking for a dedicated Donor Care Supervisor to join our team and oversee donor operations at our mobile blood drives.

As a Donor Care (phlebotomist) Supervisor, you will oversee operations at our mobile blood drive locations, ensuring smooth and efficient donor flow while supervising the Donor Care staff. You will be the go-to resource for your team, providing guidance and support as needed. Additionally, you will perform blood collection and donor selection, ensuring that all procedures are followed safely and accurately. You will also assist in assessing staff competencies, ensure all daily tasks are completed and collaborate with the Donor Care Management Team to resolve issues and improve operations. Above all, you\'ll maintain positive relationships with staff and donors to ensure a positive and safe experience for all.

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED required
• Must have acceptable driving records with valid drivers license
• 1 plus years supervisory experience preferred
• 1 plus years\' phlebotomy experience
• 1 plus years\' experience in paramedics, nursing or related field
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Enjoy working with the public

Work Schedule:

We\'re looking for individuals interested in working full-time (30+ hours per week) with open availability Monday - Saturday.

Salary:

Hourly wage for this position begins at \$21.00/hr. and will be commensurate with experience.

• Bilingual is a plus and offers a pay increase after completion of training.
• Additional hourly stipends for evening and weekend hours worked.
