This role involves overseeing project development from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is full-time and requires flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives from start to finish, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify and quantify variance, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Provide direction and support to project teams, fostering an environment of accountability and excellence.
- Report and escalate to management as needed, maintaining comprehensive project documentation and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in project management, especially in leading complex projects within industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including proficiency in software like MS Project or equivalent.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor\'s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead project teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are essential.
