· Type: Temp-to-Hire
· Pay: $18.00/HR + *Depending on Experience
· Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Job Duties:
Process Customer payments, refunds, and adjustments.
Reconcile customer accounts and identify any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer files, including invoices and payment records.
Research and resolve customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
At least two years of recent accounts receivable experience in a similar role
Excellent attendance and reliability—consistent work ethic is crucial for this role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency in computer navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly and outgoing personality

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
