Purpose of the position:

As an expert in your channel, you report to the Regional Sales Manager and are the best ambassador of our brands and values to our customers in your area.

In line with our global ACCO Brands strategy, and that deployed within our French subsidiary, you will ensure the presence of our brands and the development of our sales and market share in your area.

Qualifications

Recognized experience of 3 to 5 years in field sales, preferably in GSA and Office circuits

Good command of Digital tools (Office: Excel, Ppt, Outlook, Teams, Internet, etc.)

Good communicator (oral and written), including public communication.

Perfect mastery of sales and commercial negotiation techniques

Taste for challenge and entrepreneurial spirit (sense of opportunities in the field)

Sense of customer service

Ability to master a broad portfolio of brands and products in various categories, including technical products.

Analytical and synthesis skills

Ability to speak and write in English, Fluent in French

Driving License

Key responsibilities and Main tasks:

  • Develop the turnover of our brands and products in your sector in accordance with ACCO Brands' guidelines.

  • Manage a portfolio of customers Retail and Specialized Distribution

  • Expand existing accounts and earn new accounts according to priorities/objectives set.

  • Ensure that your customers implement the commercial policy negotiated with central purchasing bodies.

  • Implement product launch campaigns and promotional campaigns on local customer networks.

  • Develop a relationship with department managers and buyers to optimize the presence and visibility of our brands and products.

  • Collect all information related to competitive intelligence and market evolution in your sector.

  • Train our customers' sales teams on our products

  • Participate in trade events, trade shows.
