Title of position: Maintenance Custodial Worker
Position type: Full-time
Annual Salary: \$38,788
Location: Graham County Maintenance

Description of responsibilities:
- Sweeps, mops and waxes floors, corridors, halls, and stairways.
- Cleans washbowls and drinking fountains.
- Replenishes supplies.
- Dusts and polishes woodwork, chairs, and other furniture.
- Vacuums rugs and buffs floors.
- Cleans windows.
- Changes lightbulbs.
- Repairs plumbing.
- Assembles and moves furniture.
- Organizes supplies.
- Removes rubbish and wastepaper from buildings and grounds.
- Performs minor maintenance on a variety of objects, including repair of locks, replacement of electric fixtures, routine painting, remodeling, new irrigation, floor renovation, new installs for lights and fixtures.
- Mows grass, trims shrubs, waters lawn, plants flowers, and controls weeds on county grounds.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required experience: The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cleaning practices, supplies, equipment, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
