Automation Technician Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems - Program and maintain PLC systems and HMI interfaces - Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems and end-of-arm tooling - Maintain and calibrate sensors, motors, and control systems - Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance - Assist in training personnel to operate, maintain, and the setup of production machinery and equipment - Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate repair records (CMMS) - Respond to emergency breakdown situations ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Associate\'s degree or a journeyman status in Electronic Technology - Automation, Electromechanical Maintenance Technology, Industrial Machine Repair, or related technical field. - 3+ years of experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment - Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial controls - Experience with robotic systems and programming - Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: jeanette.stevenson@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/755525 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
