Job Title: Fully Remote Electrical Designer
Job Description
Responsible for designing and producing a complete set of electrical drawings for restaurant construction projects using Revit. Projects include both ground-up constructions and refits. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electrical design, proficiency in Revit, and a thorough understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
Design Electrical Systems: Develop and design electrical systems for restaurant projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems using Revit.
Prepare Drawings: Produce a complete set of electrical drawings, including plans, schematics, and details, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate with Team: Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs within the overall project.
Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Review and Modify Designs: Take relines from Sr. Designer and make necessary modifications based on feedback and project requirements.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical design, Revit software, and industry best practices.
Essential Skills
Associates degree in Electrical Technology or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in retail or restaurant projects
Proficiency in Revit software
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in AutoCAD is a plus, but all work will be done in Revit

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
