Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and building maintenance. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems, ensuring that our facilities are tidy and functional. The ideal candidate will have experience with both facilities and equipment maintenance, as well as solid technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

  • Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.

  • Install appliances and equipment.

  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.

  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).

  • Check the functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm).

  • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.

  • Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for any issues.

  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks and filling gaps on walls.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
