The Utah Department of Corrections is seeking a Technology Intern. You'll work closely with our technology and innovation team on various projects, from software development and data analysis to network security and system administration. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience, mentorship from industry experts, and the chance to make tangible contributions to our technological advancements.  The ideal candidate for this position is someone who processes the following qualifications:

• Completed or is actively pursuing a bachelors or masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related degree. 
• Uses proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Communicates information and ideas clearly, and concisely.
• Is skilled in using spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. 
• Works with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
