THE WORK:

  • You’ll assist the Owner in crafting the campus development phasing and strategy, campus standards, master budget and schedule, tenant identification and integration, and creating scopes of work for design, construction, and vendor contracts to create a turn-key campus.

  • You’ll lead an onsite PMO and create a Program Management Plan that outlines how the PMO will accomplish and report on all tasks in the scope of work.

  • You’ll work closely and cooperatively with the Owner during all project phases, ensuring contract execution, modifications, and the timeliness and quality of services.

  • You’ll be responsible for team staffing and management, as well as adherence to corporate delivery and excellence standards and methodologies.

  • You’ll assist the Owner on the master schedule and budget, procurement strategies, vendor scope of work development, technical bid evaluations, and management of resultant contracts.

  • You’ll interact with state, local, and federal military branches, as well as other regulatory agencies, and assist in public communication.

  • You’ll work with the AE to develop the campus master plan and concept, oversee AE design management during the design phase, and continue full life cycle program management duties as the scope evolves to construction implementation and turnover.

  • You’ll join a team of experienced engineers, project managers, technologists, and construction managers to ensure the long-term viability of public and private infrastructure while focusing on digital reinvention of value chains across the capital projects delivery lifecycle.

  • You’ll work within engagement teams to build the strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained, using Accenture Delivery Methods to support consistent project delivery based on industry-leading practices.

  • You’ll gain experience with Accenture’s ecosystem partners, become knowledgeable of wider Accenture offerings, and introduce them to the customer as required.

  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or delivery site, with likely significant time onsite with the Owner.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$135,000 - $240,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Degree in a related field

  • 15 years of related experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with process and tools in managing project cost, schedules, issues, risks, resources and governance

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls environment and related software including Microsoft applications and PMIS software

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Relevant certifications or licenses (such as PgMP, PMP, CCM, PE, AIA, etc.

  • Full end-to-end design and construction life-cycle experience

  • Leadership and team-working skills

  • Business management skills (process management, stakeholder management, strategic planning, coordination, public-private partnering)
