Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in San Francisco, California. The role will be centered around providing administrative support, managing customer interactions, and maintaining detailed and accurate records. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring efficient communication and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry operations
• Provide back-up support for front desk operations, including warmly greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Handle email correspondence with precision and professionalism
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creating and editing documents, photocopying, faxing, filing, and sorting checks
• Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks, including scheduling appointments
• Support the lottery and lease up process
• Monitor, track, and complete annual recertifications
• Conduct administrative tasks associated with Check Day, Quick Check, and the Rental Payment Period in an efficient and supportive manner. Requirements • Proven experience with answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Background in providing exceptional customer service, with an ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in managing email correspondence, maintaining detail oriented and timely communication
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, displaying excellent phone etiquette
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, create spreadsheets and reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, efficiently managing emails, calendars, and contacts
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create and edit presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, capable of creating and editing documents
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings TalentMatch®
