Description
A professional organization in San Marcos is searching for a friendly, bilingual Front Desk Receptionist who speaks Spanish fluently. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, providing exceptional service with a welcoming demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in both English and Spanish.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Assist with translating documents or conversations between staff and Spanish-speaking clients.
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Provide support to various departments as required.
Requirements
1+ year of receptionist or front desk experience.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
