Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic insurance office team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and greeting office visitors
  • Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy information, and claims processes in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Process paperwork and data entry with high attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude towards accomplishing tasks of all sizes
  • Welcoming personality with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Team player with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Receptive to direction from management and open to continuous learning
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

Preferred:

  • Interest in pursuing an insurance license
  • Desire for a long-term career in the insurance industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour - Depending On Experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
