Paramount Account Manager (Brazil) in Sao Paolo, Brazil

Paramount is in search of Account Manager to join the Ad Sales team in So Paulo, Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead account plans to unlock investments and drive key performance metrics for the clients business.

  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to execute strategic and operational initiatives.

  • Develop performance marketing strategies that leverage Paramount's ad solutions and creative approaches for the client.

  • Identify client opportunities and challenges, securing cross-functional support.

  • Lead forecasting efforts and provide accurate client analysis to support team planning.

  • Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and Paramount network solutions.

  • Consistently exceed both individual and team sales targets.

  • Serve as the main point of contact, working with product and cross-functional teams to consolidate and prioritize customer requests.

  • Identify relevant trends and craft business cases to support new requests or changes that impact product vision and roadmap.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales, Customer Acquisition and Growth, Consulting and/orOnline Sales. Experience in managing client accounts is essential. Advanced proficiency in English is required, along with an upper-intermediate level of Spanish. A background in media is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are highly valued.
