We are looking for an Account Manager leader to play an important role in the recruitment team, helping to develop effective management and hunting for new partners to contribute to Amazon's growth.

In this opportunity, you will be responsible for developing a team of up to 6 Account Managers, establishing well-thought-out strategies that match recruitment demands, analyzing business data, bringing new business to suppliers and performing detailed analyzes to identify opportunities for growth through strategic decisions for the business.

This position will integrate with multiple teams across the Amazon organization. The successful Account Manager team lead person is a good listener, communicator, and effective problem solver and is able to balance the needs of Amazon.com and its business partners.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop strategic distributors, which require a closer management to ensure selection growth and availability for Amazon customer in a sustainable and scalable way

  • Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools.

  • Align with the key stakeholders the business strategy

  • Analyze and track key KPIs to ensure the distributors performance

  • Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis

  • Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching
