Qualifications you’ll bring:
Degree or Equivalent : Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Academic Standing : Must be in good academic standing.
GPA Requirement : Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience reviewing PNDS reporting and identifying gaps.
Ability to work with different contract owners to facilitate gap closure.
Project management skills to support scheduling internal reviews.
Organizational skills to support different applications requiring PNDS submissions and review.
Your key responsibilities:
Review PNDS reporting vs. DOH requirements to identify gaps.
Collaborate with different contract owners to facilitate gap closure.
Support project management functions and schedule internal reviews.
Organize and support applications requiring different PNDS submissions and reviews.
Assist in organizing and updating naming conventions for the upcoming contract management system launch.
Assist with Contract Prep work for upcoming Contract Management System implementation.

Hybrid (onsite highly encouraged); Schenectady, NY; Rochester NY
