Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Seattle, Washington. This role is in the industry sector and will involve assisting with the organization and coordination of operations for our team. The workplace will be a dynamic environment where you will be expected to handle various administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication among team members.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of team and individual registrations.
• Maintain and update registration information for accuracy and completeness.
• Address and resolve inquiries related to registration and participant data.
• Enter and update data into the system, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization.
• Generate reports related to registration and participant metrics, including tracking attendance.
• Troubleshoot registration issues, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with the registration team and other departments to ensure efficient processes.
• Provide status updates regarding registration tasks to supervisors and team members.
• Carry out ad hoc administrative duties to support the team and other departments as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for managing financial tasks and transactions
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads for promotional activities
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings and sessions
• Knowledge of Concur for handling travel and expense management
• Expertise in using a CRM system for managing customer relationships and interactions
• Ability to use About Time for mobile time and attendance tracking
• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Understanding of budget processes for managing financial resources effectively
• Proficiency in calendar management for scheduling meetings, appointments, and tasks
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Strong administrative skills for managing office tasks and ensuring smooth operations
